Pure & Easy Tea Blog
Explore the science, ingredients, traditions, and purpose behind better tea.
Tea, Ingredients & Wellness—Explored More Deeply
The Pure & Easy Tea Blog explores what goes into your cup—and why it matters. Discover in-depth guides to whole botanicals, functional tea, brewing, ingredient science, tea traditions, and clean-label wellness. From understanding natural flavors to exploring herbs used for centuries around the world, our goal is simple: help you make more informed choices about the tea you drink every day.
Every article on this blog follows the same standard as our tea itself: nothing artificial, nothing oversold. When we cite a health claim, we link the actual research — often from the National Institutes of Health’s National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) — and we say plainly when the evidence is preliminary or mixed, rather than rounding up to a promise we can’t back. Whether you’re new to loose-leaf tea or you’ve been steeping for decades, the blog is where we show our work.
Articles are grouped by what they help you do. Wellness & Health Benefits digs into the ingredients — and the honestly-evaluated science — behind functional blends. Performance covers teas built for energy and recovery. Ingredients breaks down individual botanicals: what they are, where they come from, and what’s actually been studied. Clean Tea & Purity is about labeling, natural flavors, and what “natural” legally means (often less than you’d think). Tea Education & Culture covers brewing methods and the traditions behind them. And Brand Story & News covers what we’re building, and why.
