Which blends have caffeine?
Soothe, Smooth, Radiance and Nighttime Nirvana are caffeine-free. Midnight Rose, Sunrise, Sunday Morning, Signature Chai, EnduraBoost and Clever Endeavor are built on black tea, oolong or yerba mate and contain caffeine.
How many cups does a pouch make?
Each 5 g pouch makes up to two cups, so five pouches make up to 10 cups.
Can I get more than one of a blend?
Yes. Mix any blends you like, including doubles of a favorite. The minimum is 5 pouches.
How much is shipping?
A flat $5.95 for sample orders anywhere in the U.S. Add samples to a larger order and they ship with it, and U.S. orders over $50 ship free.
Can I drink them if I’m pregnant or on medication?
Several blends include botanicals such as valerian root, ashwagandha, ginkgo biloba and licorice root, so please check with your healthcare provider first if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
