We didn’t set out to earn press coverage. We set out to build the most honest luxury whole leaf tea brand we could — whole botanicals, full-leaf blends, transparent labeling, and not a single artificial flavoring or filler anywhere in the line. Ever.
What we’ve learned is that when you hold that standard long enough, the right people notice.
This year, two of them did.

February 2026 — Food & Beverage Magazine Editor’s Top Pick
The Ascent Pure Tea Experience was named an Editor’s Top Pick Winner in Food & Beverage Magazine’s Specialty Items category. Ascent is our most ambitious collection — five handcrafted whole-botanical blends housed in museum-inspired packaging, designed to guide the drinker through a spectrum of experiences the way a fine wine flight reveals itself. Energizing. Focusing. Restoring. Indulging.
Each blend in the Ascent collection was formulated to showcase the integrity and character of its botanicals. Nothing added. Nothing hidden. No artificial flavors to compensate for inferior ingredients. No fillers to pad the weight. Just the botanical, at its best, doing exactly what it was meant to do.
The collection includes Apex, Summit, Zenith, Apogee, and Pinnacle — five distinct experiences within one cohesive luxury whole leaf tea flight. Housed in packaging that reflects the elevated experience inside, Ascent was designed from the beginning to position tea not as a commodity beverage, but as a curated sensory ritual.
Being recognized by Food & Beverage Magazine for exactly that — purity, craftsmanship, and elevated design — was deeply meaningful to our entire team.

May/June 2026 — Tea Time Magazine Tea Sommelier Feature
A few months later, Tea Time Magazine — the most respected editorial voice in the specialty tea world — selected Pure & Easy’s Sunday Morning blend as the Tea Sommelier’s recommended Scones Course tea in their May/June 2026 issue.
Sunday Morning was built for the unhurried hour. It is a full-leaf, whole-botanical blend that earns its place at a proper tea table — warm, grounding, and complete on its own without anything added to it. The kind of luxury whole leaf tea that a magazine notices not because it was pitched perfectly, but because it genuinely belongs there.
Being placed in a Tea Sommelier feature — alongside a curated scones course, clotted cream, and strawberry preserves — is the kind of editorial context that money cannot manufacture. It reflects the character of the blend itself.
What This Means for Luxury Whole Leaf Tea
We’re a small brand on a deliberate mission — driven by a genuine belief that the ritual of luxury whole leaf tea deserves to be treated with integrity. No shortcuts. No fillers. No compromises dressed up in marketing language.
These two recognitions — from two different editorial voices, across two very different parts of our line — confirm what we’ve always believed: purity isn’t a niche positioning. It’s the standard. And when you hold it without exception, the world eventually reflects it back.
The luxury whole leaf tea category is crowded with products that promise quality and deliver something less. Blends padded with artificial flavors to mask inferior leaves. Labeling designed to impress rather than inform. We have never operated that way, and we never will.
Every blend in the Pure & Easy line begins with one question: does this ingredient belong here? If the answer isn’t an immediate yes, it doesn’t make it in. No exceptions. That commitment — applied consistently across 32 blends — is what earned these two features. Not a marketing campaign. Not a PR push. Just the product, standing on its own.
Thank You
To every customer who chose Pure & Easy’s luxury whole leaf tea before any magazine told them to — thank you. You were right first. You understood what we were building before the editorial world caught up.
We are grateful for the recognition, and we are more committed than ever to the standard that earned it.
The ritual is the revolution.
