The Ritual Is Live
Alzheimer’s prevention is at the heart of everything our first guest has devoted his life to — and today, Episode 1 of The Ritual is live.
We launched something today that we have been building toward for a long time.
The Ritual — our ten-minute, one-cup, live interview practice — is officially live with Episode 1.
Our first guest is someone we truly find interesting. A behavioral neurologist and Associate Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and Banner Alzheimer’s Institute in Phoenix, he has devoted his career to Alzheimer’s prevention — one of the most important and heartbreaking challenges in modern medicine.
Before we said a single word, he chose his tea.
He chose Clever Endeavor.
Of course he did.
For a man whose life’s work is the brain — focused, clear, no pressure — there was really only one answer.
That choice became his first question. And what followed was ten minutes of something you rarely see from a scientist of his caliber. Not data. Not credentials. Not a highlight reel.
Just presence.
What Is The Ritual?
The Ritual is not a podcast. It is a practice.
Every episode, one guest — someone we truly find interesting — sits down with a single cup of Pure & Easy Tea and moves through four movements:
Intention. They begin with the tea they chose and why. That answer is never small.
What Matters Most. One honest question. Not their to-do list. Not their title. What is truly most important right now.
Gratitude. Release. Claim. Three movements. Spoken aloud. Witnessed.
Ten minutes. One cup. Full presence.
No intro. No bio. No highlight reel. The guest’s story lives here — in the write-up — so you can watch The Ritual without context and read the person after.

About Our Guest — Alzheimer’s Prevention Researcher Dr. Jeremy Pruzin
Dr. Jeremy Pruzin has been immersed in Alzheimer’s prevention research since before he entered medical school. He traveled to Medellín, Colombia to study families carrying a rare genetic mutation that guarantees early-onset Alzheimer’s. He completed his fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was awarded the Alzheimer’s Association Clinical Scientist Fellowship.
Today his research is backed by a $21.6 million NIH grant to study how high blood pressure contributes to Alzheimer’s risk at the molecular level — using nearly 40,000 frozen blood samples from one of the largest hypertension studies ever conducted. All findings will be made publicly available.
He also founded the Preventing Alzheimer’s Community — PACo — because he believes science locked inside research papers helps no one. pacocommunity.com (currently being refreshed)
This is a man who has given his career to one of medicine’s hardest problems. Not for recognition. Because the disease demands it.

Why This Matters to Us
Pure & Easy Tea was built on a single belief — that the small daily choices we make about what we put in our bodies and how we spend our attention are the most powerful tools we have for living well.
Dr. Pruzin has dedicated his life to Alzheimer’s prevention and proving, scientifically, that it’s possible. The choices you make in midlife — how you move, how you manage stress, what you consume, how intentionally you live — directly shape your brain’s future. That is not philosophy. That is research.
When he chose Clever Endeavor, he wasn’t just choosing a tea. He was choosing clarity. Focus. A mind that works without pressure.
That is what Pure & Easy Tea is for. That is what The Ritual is for.
Dr. Pruzin is a valued member of our community — and like every member, he arrived here intentionally. That intentionality is what unites everyone in this community, regardless of who they are or what they have built.
And that is why he was our first guest.
The ritual is the revolution.
