How do I brew the perfect cup of tea?

Start with fresh, cold water and bring it to the right temperature for your tea: green and white teas generally prefer around 175°F (80°C), while black and herbal teas can handle boiling water (212°F / 100°C). Use about 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 8 ounces of water, and steep for 2 to 5 minutes depending on the tea. Steeping too long can make it bitter. Strain and enjoy. Are your teas organic?

We strive to procure organic ingredients whenever feasible. However, occasional supply chain limitations necessitate the use of alternatives. While all our products maintain superior quality, only those labeled as 100% Organic are assuredly organic — a claim we don’t use unless a product has passed USDA National Organic Program certification.
